Australia vs New Zealand 3rd ODI: Kangaroos need 247 runs to win

HAMILTON: New Zealand skipper Brendon McCullum scored quick 47 runs off 27 balls in his last One Day International game as New Zealand gave runs target to Australia in 3rd and last match of series at Hamilton.
Australia after winning the toss elected to bowl first which earlier proved wrong when Kiwi openers were batting but as soon as they departed New Zealand lost their concentration and were restricted to 246 runs in 46th over.
Martin Guptill, Grant Elliot and Brendon McCullum scored 59, 50 and 47 runs respectively.
Mitchell Marsh took 3 wickets while Hazlewood, Hastings and Boland grabbed two wickets each.
Series is level with 1-1 and in the do or die contest one who will hold his nerves will be able to lift the trophy.
New Zealand started the series with bang and crushed the visitors with 159 run heavy defeat but Aussies made strong comeback in 2nd ODI and chased down over 280 runs target with 4 wickets in hands.
Both sides are boosted up but New Zealand will be looking to give a best farewell to their premier McCullum by lifting the trophy.
