U19 World Cup: West Indies to meet India in Final
West Indies has defeated Bangladesh by 3 wickets in 2nd Semi Final of ICC Under 19 Cricket World Cup at Shere Bangla Cricket Stadium, Dhaka.
Courtesy to Mehedi Hasan’s 60 and Saifuddin’s 36 home side after winning the toss managed to put 226 runs on board in their quota 50 overs.
Paul took three wickets from West Indies side, while Holdre grabbed two wickets.
In reply to Bangladesh’s 227 runs target, West Indies confidently crossed the line with the loss of 7 wickets in 49 overs.
Hetmyer and Springer made brilliant half centuries where Pope made quick fire 38 runs in the begining of innings.
Saleh Ahmed took 3 wickets where Mehedi Hasan and Saifuddin took 2 wickets each.
West Indies will face India in final of the mega event now.
